This one is odd. On the surface, it looks like one of the few genuine
package conflict bug reported in launchpad against kodi. But when I
look at the file list of
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kodi/16.1+dfsg1-2/+build/10635522/+files
/kodi-bin_16.1+dfsg1-2_amd64.deb then /usr/bin/kodi is not part of that
package.
Are you sure these were official ubuntu packages?
