Public bug reported:

For some reason the whiskers menu's icon can be missed by the mouse when
the mouse is on the top and/or left edge of the screen, this does not
happen on the bottom or right edge of the screen

So if you quickly go to click the menu you may not click the icon cause
you are on the edge of the screen

Using `xdotool getmouselocation --shell` to I was able to get the mouse
location showing the same coordinates for both hover states
Furthermore using xdotool to set the mouse location I am UNable to reproduce
the issue:
while [ 1 ];do xdotool mousemove 0 0;xdotool mousemove 1 0;xdotool mousemove 0
It is almost seems like the mouse gets into a floating location between 0 and
-1, but I would think something like that would affect any applet...

I have attached a recording of this issue
I have only been able to get this to happen using the xfce4-whiskermenu-plugin
