According to the doc
(http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/bionic/man1/xfce4-session-
logout.1.html) xfce4-session-logout should show a menu when called
without parameters.
In ubuntu 18.04, xfce4-session-logout without parameter does a logout
immediately.
