start using this wl driver?

The thing is, the brcmfmac is what is supplied by Ubuntu by default. If
it's the default, it seems strange to not support it (like: why not use
the `wl` driver by default?) ...

I am using Ubuntu 18.04, vanilla install on a XPS 9350, and wifi is
still an issue after suspend.
