Please see the Debian bug. mpage has one file that is non-free.
Therefore, the package needs to be removed from universe, or optionally
moved to multiverse. Since no one has volunteered yet to maintain this
package in Debian non-free and/or Ubuntu multiverse, please remove mpage
(and printfilters-ppd) from Ubuntu.
