Hi IMO this is a dup of 500175.
TL;DR a rare but so far every now and then reoccuring issue.
You just got the error report on reboot, it actually is affecting your upgrades.
If you have no issue updating packages, then all is fine and this was a one-off
case.
I'll mark this as a dup now ...
