this little Window which you get if you start apport-bug is not realy
helpfull. in my opinion, if you click on "Other problem. ther must be an
automatic step that do https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage#Any
and allow to point on the Application you which to report.
Enhance it with a Printscreen/screenrecording and allow to enhance it with some
Text and arrows.
In background you collect your data.
At the end calculate the logs, anonymize some information
(/home/max.muster -> /home/USER) and present a Window where People could
Insert some additional Information.
If sending the whole collection not work. Save it in Background and show
a kind of notification. until it got sent.
