the last two lines in your sources.list are not correct:
deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ restricted main multiverse universe
deb-src http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ restricted main multiverse universe
The release (Feisty / Gutsy) is missing, so restricted is used as release and
that does not exist.
Assuming the upgrade failed completely, so you are still running Feisty, I
suggest to change the last two lines to:
deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ feisty restricted main multiverse universe
deb-src http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ feisty restricted main multiverse
universe
Then try again.
