Public bug reported:
XUbuntu 18.04. Solaar functionality is available from the tray. However,
the Solaar icon is not visible. The tray has a blank square where the
icon should be. Hovering the mouse pointer over the blank square
displays the "Solaar" tooltip. Clicking on the (blank) square displays
the Solaar menu and Solaar functionality is available via that menu.
