I suppose that can be something as recommends missed or something that can cause unexpected issue. FWIK install with cinnamon-desktop-environment including recommends solves many issue (major of cases about only one or more part) Another thing that can cause issue spotted by some users seems gnome-user-share. If you already install cinnamon-desktop-environment including recommends and gnome-user-share is something else that need more info and/or debug
