I installed 2:12.0.1-0ubuntu1 in bionic and was hit by high cpu load on neutron and computes from neutron-linux-bridge-agent. Neutron 12.0.1 contains the fix for bug 1745468, which unfortunately caused new bug 1750777. The fix for that new bug fixed the high cpu load for me in bionic.
