Public bug reported:
(This may actually be an Empathy problem, as I understand it's providing
the backend)
If an IRC server allows for an SSL/TLS connection (eg: it's a ZNC
proxy), but is using a self-signed certificate, Polari, correctly the
first time, shows a dialog asking if I want to continue despite this.
There is a checkbox where you can indicate that it should remember this
choice for all future connections. Checking that checkbox has no effect.
The *next* time you need to connect, it will ask you again, and forever
more.
