unfortunately all I can grab from your logs so far about the issue is:
installed samba-common package post-installation script subprocess returned
error exit status 10
A friend of mine went into some effort on bug 1747619 to debug.
Please find the requests for more data there and report the same here.
If your apt is similarly broken that would be odd.
So I'd hope we get some better debug on the case by you reporting the data that
was asked on bug 1747619.
