This error is strange:

/var/lib/dpkg/info/python3-apt.prerm: /usr/bin/py3clean:
/usr/bin/python3: bad interpreter: No such file or directory

Especially since the Python3Details shows /usr/bin/python3 linking to
/usr/bin/python3.6. Just to be sure that is the output of 'which
python3'?
