Public bug reported: Occurs on install of Lubuntu 18.04 from USB flash-drive. I had set it to wipe Lubuntu 17.10 and install over it, while keeping the Windows 10 partition.
It seems like the Lubuntu 17.10 partition has been wiped, but hasn't been replaced. I have had an issue with the Windows 10 partition, which is why I am installing the new Ubuntu version, with the issue being that I can't edit, move, or delete files in the Windows partition from Ubuntu.
