Public bug reported:
Fresh installation of Ubuntu 18.04 -- 64bit version with default Gnome
desktop.
The accounts window can not be moved on the desktop.
To reproduce:
* Start Empathy
* Click 'Accounts' in drop-down menu (new window opens)
* Window has title 'Messaging and VoIP accounts'
* Try to left-click-hold-and-drag the window around
** Affects: empathy (Ubuntu)
