Public bug reported:
Everytime when I run a Live Ubuntu session after I reboot in Windows the system
time is changed. I guess to the GMT.
System time should not be changed in any way. Ubuntu should mind that the
system might be a dual boot one and should not change the time including
whenever daylight saving time is active. It should check if it is the correct
time before applying any such changes to the system time.
