Thanks Hadmut! Since lubuntu-icon-theme is not listed on Lauchpad (PPAs
not considered) I added lubuntu-artwork as an affected package.
You're right also; it comes out of the box after installation that way.
I can confirm that. Therefore it should be fixed.
