Public bug reported: The python3.6 packages in Debian depends on distutils, but when they were sync'd over here that seems to have been lost. From https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=894204, it looks like the goal is to make that a dep of the stdlib package, but either that or making it a dep of python3.6 would do the job.
