[Regression Potential] - Minimal. MAAS has been thoroughly tested stand alone and upgrading from 2.4.0b2 to 2.4.0b3. It has been QA'd in a CI lab as well as other production deployments: + MAAS 2.4b3, among other improvements, provides various stability issues mainly in HA environments.
