When the wifi tries to connect SSID over b and g protocol, it is very
hard to build connection successfully. The reproducing rate is 9/10.

+ 3. Connect the bg wifi by network-manager applet
+

+ The network-manager builds the connection.
+

+ The network-manger could not connect to the target SSID.
