Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Ubuntu 18.04 on real hardware (since there is a some bug 1769372
VirtualBox)
2. Login to session
3. Open GNOME Control Center, Power (or simply `gnome-control-center power`)
4. Try to set "When the Power Button is pressed" to Ask or Interactive
Expected results:
there is an option to Ask user (or Interactive) dialog
Actual results:
there is no option to Ask user (or Interactive) dialog
Workaround:
set such option from terminal with `gsettings set
org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power power-button-action interactive` (it
will work, but will not be shown in `gnome-control-center power`)
