Applications in snap format are executed in English, although my locale
is set to German. You can reproduce this by installing both the snap and
Debian packages of picard. The Debian version is translated, but the
snap version is not. It is not caused by missing i18n files, they are
installed at /snap/picard/2/lib/python2.7/site-
packages/home/ubuntu/snaps/musicbrainz-picard-
snap/parts/picard/install/usr/share/locale/de/LC_MESSAGES/
