can you try to reproduce the error with the Human theme
(System->Preferences->Appearance...)
please start openoffice from a terminal and include console output in case of
freeze (from terminal type ooffice -wri
there are known issues with some themes an oOo 2.3.0 which should be
solved with 2.3.1 (ooffice -calc )
