Public bug reported:
In Lubuntu 18.04, xfce4-notifyd shortcut
(/usr/share/applications/xfce4-notifyd-config.desktop) is invisible in main
menu cause of this string:
OnlyShowIn=XFCE;
It can be fixed by
OnlyShowIn=LXDE;XFCE;
with a patch from Lubuntu maintainers.
P.S. This bug may be related to other versions of Ubuntu too with their own
window managers.
