Please sync gsequencer 1.4.29-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * debian/patches/fix-missing-symbol.patch: keep the tests disabled.
  * debian/patches/fix-missing-symbol.patch: keep the tests disabled.

The update contains fixes related to clipboard. The notation and automation
editor are affected. Latest release contains bug-fixes only. It is recommended
to sync the version.
