Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Reapply the openssl1.1 patch.
  * Reapply the openssl1.1 patch.
  * Dont apply openssl 1.1 patch as openssl isnt present in ubuntu as
    yet.
  * Dont apply openssl 1.1 patch as openssl isnt present in ubuntu as
    yet.
  * Dont apply openssl 1.1 patch as openssl isnt present in ubuntu as
    yet.
  * Rebuild against libmysqlclient20.
  * Rebuild against libmysqlclient20.
  * Rebuild against libmysqlclient20.

The Ubuntu changes consisted of disabling a patch which was later
reenabled. Effectively an empty delta.

  * debian/control:
    + update build-depends
    + updated Standards to 4.0.0
