The bug still affects Epson Perfection V330 Photo on Ubuntu 18.04 but the workaround in #36 makes the scanner usable again. Nonetheless, iscan is still unable to save as .JPEG or .PNG. Is that a different issue? I suspect that iscan and its interpreters are no longer actively maintained by EPSON, so... Is there any known workaround?
