Public bug reported:

Even though Ubuntu detects the Wacom Bamboo Pad CTH-300 model tablet
itself I can't draw with the stylus. For some reason Ubuntu can
identify the tablet but not the stylus; I can move the cursor with the
stylus I can only draw faint straight lines on my drawing apps (I can't
even drag and select with it). I'm using the gnome Xorg build instead
of Wayland, which many users suggested but I still encounter the same
problem. I would use the Unity build but it keeps freezing 5 or 10
minutes after logging in.

** Affects: unity-control-center (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
