I use 1.3.12 of xl2tpd and I cannot see any logs about "udp_xmit" in my log file. I have attached my log file where I replaced my vpn server IP. The same VPN works fine from my other computer with Ubuntu 16.04. This computer is upgraded from 16.04 to 18.04.
