Hi Jayparth, the logs don't hold how it came to that situation. I usually recommend [1] but with your package being libsnmp30 - give it a try.
If it doesn't help in this case as libsnmp is usually not super-important (e.g. I only have it fora odd printer lib I don't use it anymore) you can even consider purging it like "apt remove --purge libsnmp30". Check if it would remove any dependencies that you'd really miss, if not just get rid of it.
