Public bug reported:

I recently reinstalled my laptop, going from i386 trusty to amd64
bionic. I kept using wine32 with an existing ~/.wine installation. I
make of use of http://arm.64hosts.com/ which starts in a non-maximized
window. The screen is not redrawn after maximizing until clicking in
the window or otherwise moving the mouse inside the window. This is a
regression over my previous experience.

** Affects: wine (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Low
         Status: New

** Tags: bionic regression-release

** Attachment added: "the window content is not refreshed after maximizing"
