Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evince

When filling in a government salary tax form, i found that when i
"check" one checkbox it looks ok, but if the checkbox loses focus, (by
scrolling or clicking outside of the checkbox , etc.. etc..) it will
check all checkboxes.

I'm guessing this is because of a scripted event that is embedded in the
form, I guess it wants to make sure only 1 checkbox is selected. (don't
ask my why they wanted to reinvent radio buttons)
