Public bug reported:

When using the window picker from the scale window plugin (fresh install
of Gutsy), sometimes the selected window does not get focus:

Steps to reproduce:

- Set focus to sloppy (System->preferences->windows->"Select windows when the
mouse moves over them")
- open 2 windows on desktop A
- put mouse over window 1
- switch to desktop B
- without moving mouse pointer (so that it would still be over window 1 on
desktop A), initiate Window Picker For All Windows
- select window 2 on desktop A

The window will be raised if it was not on top, but apparently the
sloppy focus overrides the window selection, and window 1 will be
focused. This does not happen when active focus is set, or when
switching between windows on the same desktop.
