Public bug reported:
If I set up hotkeys in System->Preferences->SCIM Input Setup, then something
should happen when I strike those hotkeys in textbox controls of GNOME.
Nothing happens. But I can do rightclick on the textbox and select neccessary
input method (meaning that scim is launched)
