Public bug reported:

When multibooting Ubuntu with other OS's, the installer does not offer
any encryption such as /home encryption or partition encryption for
Ubuntu.

Given that the /home encryption bug appears to remain unfixed, this
leaves users with no encryption whatsoever in multiboot situations e.g.
when dual-booting Ubuntu with Windows. A stolen computer with no
encryption for confidential data is a serious security risk!
