Repro steps:
1. Create a new GTK project.
2. Double click the NewWindow type to open the GTK dialog editor.
3. Add a menu.
4. Click on the menu and hit Ctrl-X to delete it.
5. mono-develop crashed when step 4 is tried a few times.
