I think this bug report was a mistake. I realize now that the ubuntu-
restricted-extras includes ttf-mscorefonts-installer by default. I
believe that the syntax I thought was a bug:
apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras ttf-mscorefonts-installer-
Actually means "install the ubuntu-restricted-extras package but don't
install the ttf-mscorefonts-installer package which would ordinarily be
installed".
So I think it's safe to close this bug, although I'm not sure why the
Ubuntu Budgie team would specifically include the MS core TTF fonts?
