I hope this table is correct. I will verify it as soon as possible (when I have
a beamer).
Reconfiguration is done with GUI Display dialog (to LCD off and VGA as active
display).
L+S ... Login/System bar
E ... Empty screen
Off ... Screen off
S ... Normal working screen with system bar ...
