Caja grays out for long stretches while trying to list a large number of
items, particularly in network shares. If I force quit Caja sometimes
the desktop re-spawns, but sometimes it fails to. File transfers between
Samba shares also hang for about 30 seconds or so---the actual data
transfer is very fast, but the progress box hangs.
