if I issue the following command:
# sudo /etc/init.d/firebird1.5-super start
i get the following response:
#Could not open /usr/lib/firebird/1.5/run/isc_guard1.ubuntu-vaerksted for write
#check /var/log/firebird1.5.log file for errors
#can not start server
/var/log/firebird1.5.log says:
