It is well known the squirrelmail with PHP 5 triggers various
deprecation messages. See
https://sourceforge.net/p/squirrelmail/bugs/2784/ for example.

For some time, the  Ubuntu Squirrelmail package did not issue these
messages, but the current squirrelmail:all
2:1.4.23~svn20120406-2+deb8u2ubuntu0.16.04.3 is once again issuing
messages like

 PHP Deprecateds: 3
 Methods with the same name as their class will not be constructors in a future 
version of PHP; ContentType has a deprecated constructor in 
/usr/share/squirrelmail/class/mime/ContentType.class.php on line 25 1 Time(s)
 Methods with the same name as their class will not be constructors in a future 
version of PHP; Disposition has a deprecated constructor in 
/usr/share/squirrelmail/class/mime/Disposition.class.php on line 24 1 Time(s)
 Methods with the same name as their class will not be constructors in a future 
version of PHP; Language has a deprecated constructor in 
/usr/share/squirrelmail/class/mime/Language.class.php on line 24 1 Time(s)
