Public bug reported:
When I open my notebook computer, Toshiba S75-A7334 (on Windows 10), the
screen remains black, unless I repeatedly open and close the lid. This
is terribly frustrating. I have been dealing with this for years.
Nothing I have tried has worked. I am new to this website, so I'm not
sure I am following your proper procedures. I am an average computer
user that does not write code. Any help is greatly appreciated.
