Public bug reported:
Tinha windows 10 instalado juntamente com o ubuntu 16.04. O windows apresentou
problemas e decidi formatar e deixar apenas o ubuntu. Inicialmente tentei
instalar o 18.04 e sempre quando vai instalar o grub2 apresenta o erro descrito
"O pacote 'grub-efi-amd64-signed' falhou em instalar-se dentro de / target/.
Sem o carregador de inicialização GRUB, o sistema não incializará."
Tentei então reinstalar o 16.04 e apareceu o mesmo erro no mesmo ponto, ao
instalar o grub.
