Since kernel 2.6.17 the vesafb driver is broken for my sis630
laptop graphic. There is only a black screen. Monitor sync to
the signal but nothing as a black screen. console switching works:
I could switch from X to Console and back but on every console a black screen.
If I use sisfb consoles work as expected. So I have to
tweak the grub boot entry to use sisfb and not vesafb which breaks usplash.
