Public bug reported:
The PPTP VPN GUI is not available in Network Manager when manual
settings are used. This seems to be in all versions of Ubuntu thus far.
Steps to reproduce in Gutsy.
1. Install network-manager-pptp
2. Click on network manager and select manual configuration.
3. Disable roaming mode and input all static configuration settings.
4. Left click on network manager.
No more VPN settings shown.
