[Impact]
RDMA applications might hang with qlogic cards. This happens because
of a bug in the doorbell implementation.
[Test]
1) Set IP addresses on both server and client
2) On RoCE Server run "ib_send_bw -d qedr0 -x 2 -R"
3) On RoCE client run "ib_send_bw -d qedr0 -x 2 <IP of RoCE Server> -R"
4) Notice that the command fails to run
