In the beginning, I meant to fix it like that e.g running systemd-tmpfiles for all files in /var/lib/tmpfiles.d/ not just for systemd defined files, by running it without argument But the maintainer didn't accept mine, you can check debian discussion. I think we can fix this separately from debian? If we can, i can upload that patch.
