I chose to interpret this as a matter of symlinks in general. For
symlinks there is indeed a "Link target" property in Files. OTOH hand
the docs page describes *basic* properties, and maybe the link target
property was skipped in the docs intentionally.

@Christopher: The "Files properties" page is an upstream GNOME Help page
today, so if you think it's important enough, you may want to submit an
upstream issue:

Personally I don't think this is important enough to change in Ubuntu
only, neither in 16.04 nor in the development version, so setting "Won't
fix".
