Calls for these libraries:

Libs: -L${libdir} ${libdir}/libgstbadaudio-1.0.la
...
However, the package does not include the .la files listed.
Removing the .la files from the .pc file allows for successful
compilation of some projects, but if they are required for some reason,
they should be included in the package.
